The out-going chairlady Mrs Mary Stella has this to say, 'Words cannot express my gratitude to all of you who have given me the support and prayer during the past two years. May you continue to give the same spirit and support to our new chairlady for the good of all of us and the Church.'
Msgr Ong in his words of advice to the members said that they should give priority to family matters as the family is the basic unit of society, a domestic church. Once the family is grounded and rooted in faith, the Church will grow and prosper.
He continued to say, 'You are not only serving the Church but first and foremost look into the needs of your own family. Strike a balance in all you do. I believe that the spirit of God will be with you all. God Bless.'
