Sandakan : The Cathedral Parish Garage Shop has been in 'business' for the last two years. For the whole of last year, March 2013 - March 2014 the net sale has reached RM13,010 ~ RM720 more than the revenue of the previous 'business' year. 

We celebrate this 2nd anniversary by giving thanks to the Lord for His generosity in providing us with generous donors and willing buyers, patronizing the little shop tugged in a corner in the Parish Hall. God has indeed paved the way for us to journey, to yield some income to support mission work in expanding His Kingdom. "All Praise and Glory Be To You, Lord Jesus Christ".

Rev.Fr.Thomas Makajil, the rector of St Mary's Cathedral in a cheerful note extended his sincere appreciation to the donors and buyers who together, had contributed to the success of the garage shop. He was particularly grateful to the committed volunteers - Catherine Edward, Alice Chew, Ruth Richard and Honeyla Johnny.

Parishioners who wish to come forth to help the Parish through the Garage Shop, are most welcome. If you have any used items you wish to contribute to the garage shop, please contact Patrick Seah, h/p 0198139462.

The Parish Garage Shop opens only on Sunday from 8.30am-12.00nn except if the hall is used for any activity / function on a Sunday.
