The congregation

There seemed to be more people coming this year, some had come home for the Christmas holiday from work or studies, while some might had been moved to renew their faith by the home caroling.
Msgr. Nicholas Ong blessed the crib before the Eucharistic celebration which began at 9pm.

The congregation singing the carols

In his homily, he asked the parishioners to feel and celebrate the joy of God’s coming in the person of the child Jesus.

He said in order to appreciate the meaning and happiness of Christmas fuller, we should read the readings of the of Christmas midnight mass as well as the readings of the Christmas day mass as they are different but complementary readings.

He also reminded the parishioners to have a long Christmas celebration as Christmas does not end after Christmas day but rather continues till the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord Jesus.

  1. Shalom my dear administrator of this blog...
just a bit comments and suggestions for this blog.

can u please update the bloglist that u put within this blog? I mean, u can simply put the top 5 blogs (the blog with the most recent post etc.). Well, for me, it's kinda tiring to scroll down this blog just to realised that there are other links as well...

maybe u can also make some modification in the arrangement of Catholic news (same idea as before, putting top 5 stories etc., whenever it's possible). The variety of languages (English, Indonesian, Chinese) is a good idea, but sometimes I can also see those irrelevant language (languages not spoken in our Diocese, eg Vietnamese) was also among the list. perhaps u can do something bout it.

for the chatbox, can u put it at the upper part of the blog...the reason is the same, it's too far down the blog and less people, even myself, realise that there's a chatbox in this blog.

overall, this blog is interesting, but with a more organised and creative arrangement, it'll be even more attractive! My salute to the administrator of this blog! God bless u!
