On 22nd March 2011, Fr Phillip Muji, the assistant rector of St Mary's Cathedral  and members of the Building Committee headed by John Pang made a site inspection of the project. On hand to brief the members was Mr Lau the representative of City Construction, the main contractor for the project.

The twelve month contract for the project sealed and effective 15th October 2010 is expected to complete by the 14th October 2011. According to Mr Lau, the project is a little behind schedule due to the unexpected  lengthy raining season.

Append below is the latest statement of account as on 28th February 2011.

We are still far from our target and as such we humbly appeal to all kind parishioners to contribute generously to the Building Fund.

We sincerely thank you for your continuous support.

Thank you and God bless.
