The Bible Sharing Group had a bible quiz for their members to test their bible knowledge while the CCR members decided to have an input session on bible knowledge followed by a colouring contest for the younger ones.
The Catechetical ministry had a half day workshop on 'Journey to salvation' based on the old testament whereby the participants from the Sunday School, RCIA, RCIC, Children Liturgy of the Word and others were given a detail input and activities concerning the books and events as contained in the old testament.
The BECs and the CWA jointly organized a spiritual movie on St Francis and St Clare, shown on different days. The youths organized an Amazing Scripture Race for the old and the young where participants were required to get clues from the scripture quotations, crossing several obstacles to reach their destination. It was a tough job carrying the bible along the race but it was fulfilling when you reached the end.
Our lives can be greatly enhanced and enriched through the Bible, if only we realize the treasure we can find in it.
