This  solemn event is a meaningful annual celebration for the parishioners of the Holy Trinity Church ~ it is a special occasion that reflect the love of God who became human, live among us and by his death and resurrection, He has poured into us the Holy Spirit.
In his homily, Msgr Ong said, 'the Trinity is the Mystery of God’s love, The Father ,The Son and The Holy Spirit. As Catholics we believe that the Trinity is a community of persons living in love and unity. He continued to say 'God himself is triune in nature, this means that He is composed of three persons in one nature. God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are the three persons in the Trinity and together exist as one unified and eternal God.'
He shared on the 2nd reading taken from the letter of St Paul to the Romans 8:14-17 that led by the Spirit of God, we call God as 'Abba, Father.' We become God's children and so are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ.
He added that as parishioners of Holy Trinity Church we are to model ourselves after the Holy Trinity by living in communities of love and in true unity that Holy Trinity Parish becomes a communion of communities.
He ended his homily by wishing each and all 'Happy Feast Day' and invited everyone to give thanks and praise to the Lord for His Son Jesus Christ specially His Death and Resurrection and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
After Mass, parishioners adjourned to the Parish Hall for a fellowship lunch and some entertainment presented by the various communities.
