The fund raised through the Walk will be channeled to the less fortunate through the various NGOs and FBOs especially the Prison Fellowship of Malaysia (Sabah) Ministry. He reminded the faithful that the focal point of being a Christian is to reach out to the poor, needy and the marginalized.

The Walk was flagged off by Isaac Pang. The participants walked through the main town, Harbor Square, Community Centre and ended at St Michael’s Church for a time of praise, worship and thanksgiving. The walk went on smoothly without any untoward incidents with the kind assistance of the police and the St John Ambulance.
