Sandakan : Fr. Cruzito Manding, CSsR the Provincial Superior of the Redemptorist Province of Cebu, Philippines, his confrere Fr Eliodoro Reteracion, Fr. Sebastianus Ani Datu, CSsR the Provincial Superior of Indonesia and his companion, Fr. Bartolomeus paid a courtesy call on Bishop Julius Dusin Gitom, yesterday, 5th September 2014 at the Diocesan Pastoral Centre.

The delegation were on an exploratory mission, to get an overview and initial familiarization of the Diocese. The meeting touched on the apostolic priorities of the Redemptorists in Asia-Oceania Region and their desire to serve the People of God in the Diocese.
They explored approaches to collaborate and to establish network with a hope of extending pastoral care to the people on the move.
